A&S autocrat is Duchessa Isabetta del Verde.
A&S classes can be found in Master schedule.
Since Sjöröd has a limit of indoor spaces to use for teaching and not all attendees can have the opportunity to teach in their camp, you can have the opportunity to teach in our A&S tent. The tent has tables and benches to make it as comfortable as possible. This year it will be placed on the battlefield near the main building.
The deadline for class registration is 19/4 but we appreciate it if you register your class before the end of March. Please register your class using this form.
Here you will later be able to find the A&S schedule!
Here will later be able to find the A&S handout containing more information about all A&S-activities on site.
Sign up lists for classes with limited number of participants will be posted in the Troll tent the evening before the class.
This year the Double Wars invited guest teacher is a heavy fighting teacher, read more on the heavy fighting page. The plan is that every other year the invited teacher is an A&S teacher.
Each year we try to help the Signets of the Kingdom by providing an opportunity for scribes to produce blank scrolls for the use of the Kingdom, or Principalities. The competition will take place in the tavern during the Laurel Sponsored Display. Everyone is encouraged to vote on the entries.
The blank scroll competition has the following rules:
Drachenwald or Their Highnesses of Nordmark, or their Signet Scribes. The scribe who made the blank scroll decides where the scroll goes.
Not going to Double Wars but still want to participate.
Send your scroll with a friend or contact Isabetta for a post address.
During Wednesday afternoon the Laurel Sponsored A&S Display takes center stage again, and artisans from the Kingdom have the opportunity to show their art, and talk about it in a non-competitive environment. Everyone is encouraged to visit the display, and if you are able please bring tokens to leave with all the artisans, or your favorites. The best sort of display shows how a thing is made, and explains the steps, and maybe provides an opportunity for visitors to try it themselves.
The Laurel Sponsored A&S Display will be coordinated by Mistress Lia de Thornegge.
