Double Wars is a bustling event; a well-structured schedule is your key to navigating it all. The schedule is conveniently linked on this page, and it is a valuable tool for planning your Double Wars experience.
The Double Wars Schedule page will provide detailed information about each activity and allow you to create your personalised schedule.
If you have questions about the activities, please reach out to the coordinators in charge. You can find their contact information on the autocrat page.
For inquiries related to hosting, adding activities, venues, or any other scheduling concerns, please contact the schedule coordinator.
Your participation is essential for making Double Wars a lively event. Together, we can create a more magical experience.
If you have an activity you’d like to add to the Double Wars schedule, we encourage you to contribute. Your input helps enrich the schedule and enhances the overall experience for everyone.
To get started, please complete the form linked below.
* Filling out a form does not guarantee a spot in the schedule. The venue and/or time slot might already be taken. If so, we will contact you for further discussion.
We will publish the schedule as it develops, so nothing is set in stone until two weeks before the event, the last day to register a new item for the schedule.

Schedules will be posted on various bulletin boards throughout the camp. You can also find the schedule in the Troll tent and on the schedule webpage. Additionally, there will be space available for personal bulletins and posters.
Please be aware that any updates submitted after the deadline, which is two weeks prior to the event, will be included in the online Master Schedule (if submitted before the event starts) but may not appear in the printed materials available on-site.
Please note that the schedule for Double Wars will be updated regularly to inform you of any changes or additions. The final day to request any changes to the schedule is two weeks before the event.
